Objectives of the course
The objective of the course is to provide the latest knowledge from the management of public administration, modern management disciplines necessary for the efficient functioning and development of business enterprises, social organizations and the state as a whole. In particular, the knowledge needed to apply the methods and techniques of management in public administration should be provided in order to make its operation more efficient.
Content of the subject
Introducing students to management, management processes, functional areas of management, manager, leadership, project management, strategic management, change management, public management, principles of public management, sub-processes of management in public administration, manager in public administration, organizational changes, reorganization.
Teaching methods and material mastering
Lectures, exercises, consultations, written examinations (colloquiums) individual student work (seminar and homework, papers, etc.), as well as group participation of students in the study of certain thematic units.
