PUBLIC INVITATION to apply for expert engagement

The subject of this procedure is a public invitation for applications for the engagement of experts through the provision of services “Mapping of the study on institutional human rights violations in BiH” in order to determine the facts in the field of human rights violations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the content and description of services which is given in the Annex (TOR).

The areas of human rights that will be covered by the analysis are freedom of opinion and information, freedom of peaceful assembly and association, as well as freedom of movement.

The provision of services is performed within a period of 4 months from the date of signing the Contract.

The preparation of a study on institutional human rights violations in Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of the activities implemented within the project entitled “Contribution of the academic community to the protection of human rights in BiH”, funded by the European Union in BiH, REFERENCES: EUROPE AID / 168566 / DD / ACT / BA.
