A team of students from the Faculty of Law in Lukavica participated in the third international competition in human rights called “Pre moot court 2020”, which was held on September 25-27, 2020 at the Faculty of Law in Nis.
Six teams of students from three countries participated in the competition, the club Petar Kočić from the Republic of Srpska, the clubs Iustitia, Dimitrije Davidović and Onora from Serbia, and the clubs A Fortiori and Titus Flavius Orestes from Macedonia.
The competition consisted of two phases; the first phase included the written preparation of the submissions of the applicants and respondents, and the second phase consisted of the oral presentation. The Abea club of the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka also participated in the written drafting phase. Our students achieved a significant result, considering that they participated in such a competition for the first time.
Our team won the fourth place, as well as the award for the best speaker of the competition.
The first place went to the team of students of the Faculty of Law in Nis, the second and third place were taken by the teams of students from Bitola and Stip, the fourth place was won by our team of the Faculty of Law in Lukavica, the fifth place was taken by the students of the Faculty of Law from Kragujevac, and the sixth place was taken by students of the Faculty of Law in Nis.
