Students’ ability to identify situations in which human rights are endangered and adequate treatment in such situations in accordance with internal and international human rights standards.
The concept of human rights; historical development of human rights; human rights theory; internationalization of human rights; legal sources of human rights; classification of human rights; the general principles of the enjoyment of human rights; limitation of human rights; mechanisms for the protection of human rights; human rights in armed conflicts; human rights in emergency situations; personal rights; political rights; economic rights; social rights; cultural rights; the rights of national minorities; the rights of foreigners; human rights and human rights.
Lectures, exercises, consultations, written examinations (colloquiums) individual student work (seminar and homework, papers, etc.), as well as group participation of students in the study of certain thematic units.
