Roadmap and institutional steps in harmonizing security regulations with EU ACQUISE

The creation of a roadmap and institutional steps in harmonizing the security regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the legislation of the European Union was created within the project “Resource Center for BiH civil society in EU integration” implemented by the Centers of Civil Initiatives (CCI), Faculty of Law in Lukavica, PIM University, with the financial support of the European Union, in the period from January to September 2022, which has the general goal of establishing an institutional and legislative framework for the improvement of the field security in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with European Union regulations.
Taking into account the specific goals of this intervention, as one of the activities it is planned to create a Roadmap and Institutional Steps in Harmonizing the Legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Field of Security with the Legislation of the European Union, which is designed to cover three sub-areas: money laundering and terrorist financing, prevention and suppression of organized crime and other illegal activities and suppression of terrorism. All three aforementioned areas of security are given in the form of a theoretical part, as well as two action plans, one of which is intended for the competent ministries and the other for the academic community and civil society organizations.
