Objectives of the course

Studying this subject, student will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of rhetoric, i.e. in speech, expression, communication and literacy. Based on the acquired knowledge, the student will be able to optimally overcome the level of rhetoric and literacy in accordance with legal education and occupation.

Acquired knowledge

Acquiring knowledge on the establishment, management and business of economic entities, on the conclusion and execution of business-legal affairs, performing banking activities, issuing and effecting securities.

Content of the subject

The concept and subject of business law; sources of business law; legal institutes of importance for business law; place of business law in the legal system; registration in the court register; enterprise as a legal entity; status changes and changes in the forms of companies; termination of companies, bankruptcy and liquidation; partnership and limited partnership; societies of capital, limited liability company, joint-stock company; simultaneous and successive establishment; concept and type of contract, contract conclusion, means for securing execution of contract; contract changes, change of contractual parties; termination of contract, fulfillment of contract; Construction Agreement, Tourist Agreement, Insurance Contract, License Agreement, other (mixed) merchandise contracts.

Teaching methods and material mastering

Lectures, exercises, consultations, written examinations (colloquiums) individual student work (seminar and homework, papers, etc.), as well as group participation of students in the study of certain thematic units.
