Labor Law, as one of the most important branches of law, considers systematizing and presenting general legal norms regulating the labor status of workers, both in general and in a special regime of labor relations. The central issue of labor law is employment, but nevertheless this case deals with the study of all institutes of individual and collective labor law, as well as regulations in the field of social insurance.

The ability of students to solve labor law disputes, as special relationships between employees and employers, as is the case with new legal solutions, recognize the importance of trade unions in protecting workers’ rights, and to properly interpret and apply provisions in the field of labor and social legislation.
Considering basic concepts of individual and collective labor law, as well as rights in the field of social insurance; principles of labor law; sources of labor law; the relationship between workers and the employer; rights and obligations of workers; rights and obligations of employers; labor contract and its modifications; establishment of a working relationship; probation; trainees; working hours; breaks and absences; absence from work; salaries, fees and other income; protection of workers; responsibility of workers; procedure for determining violations of working obligations; material liability of workers; termination of employment; cessation of worker needs; protection of workers; collective agreement; the role of trade unions; special types of labor contracts; the role of state bodies in the field of labor.
Lectures, exercises, consultations, written examinations (colloquiums) individual student work (seminar and homework, papers, etc.), as well as group participation of students in the study of certain thematic units.
